Strengthening safeguarding confidence, practice and leadership.

Experienced mentoring for safeguarding leads developing in their roles, alongside independent consultancy to strengthen safeguarding practice, leadership and organisational systems.

Safeguarding is not only about knowing what to do. It is also about creating the conditions for professionals to think well.

My work focuses on the thinking behind safeguarding practice: professional judgement, reflective practice, curiosity, decision-making, leadership and the emotional demands of carrying safeguarding responsibility.

“Supervision creates space to reflect, strengthens professional judgement and supports the people who carry safeguarding responsibility”.
